Refund Policy

Following are our Refund Policy for the orders:

  1. No Refunds for Confirmed Orders: Once an order is confirmed, refunds are not applicable. Please ensure all details are accurate before proceeding with payment.
  2. No Refunds for Failed Assignments: If the assignment does not meet your expectations, we will rewrite it at no additional cost. However, monetary refunds are not provided for failed tasks.
  3. Refunds for Non-Specialization Tasks: Refunds are only applicable if we determine that the requested task is outside our area of expertise.

Revision Policy

  • Revisions are offered for free within 20 days of the initial submission.
  • Revision requests must align with the original task requirements. New instructions will be treated as a separate order.

Payment Policy

Advance Payment Requirements:

  • General Assignments: A 50% advance payment is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is payable after the Turnitin report is provided.
  • Dissertations: Payments are divided into four installments:
    • 25% upfront to start the project.
    • 25% after the literature review is completed.
    • 25% after data collection is completed.
    • 25% upon delivery of the final report.
  • Research Proposals: Payments are divided into three installments:
    • 40% upfront to begin.
    • 30% after the literature review is completed.
    • 30% upon completion of the proposal.

Bank Details:

Bank details for payment will be provided via email upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid after reviewing the Turnitin report and before the final document is delivered.
